Richard R. Penn

For the past 8 years Mr. Richard Penn has been an investment advisor, business consultant, executive and board member in the public and private markets. Mr. Penn is currently a director of Maccabi Ventures (C-MBE). He served as CEO and President of Maccabi Ventures from November 2014 to November 2016. Prior to his role at Maccabi Ventures, he served as an Investment Advisor at Mackie Research Capital Corporation for 5 years. During this time
Mr. Penn successfully raised and completed financings with a strong focus on mining and resources companies. From September 2014 Mr. Penn has been a managing partner of R&R Consulting Inc. and is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Penn has completed the CSI Canadian Securities Course and the CSI Wealth Management Course.

Alexander Tarasov

Director
Alexander moved to Toronto from Kazan, Russia in 2012. He studied Engineering and Economics at the Kazan State Technical University and then decided to pursue a career in Finance. Since 2013 Alexander has been working for Citco, one of the largest hedge fund administrators. In his free time, Alexander is actively involved with a few non-profit organizations as he believes this an impactful way to make a difference and give back to the community.

Vice President – Dealing Representative of Quantus Investments Corp. from September 2013 to April 2014. Mr. Rubin was a Vice President – Wealth Management, Branch Manager & Dealing Representative of League Investment Services from September 2010 to September 2013. Mr. Rubin was a Dealing Representative at League Assets Corp. from May 2010 to September 2010. Mr. Rubin was also a Partner and Director of Business Development of Global Fleet Management from June 2008 to February 2010. Mr. Rubin completed the Canadian Securities Course in April of 2011.
